LaRoe Wins Prestigious Guildmaster Award Two Years in a Row

Confirming its commitment to quality and client service, LaRoe was recently awarded the prestigious Distinguished GuildMaster Award for 2009 by GuildQuality, Inc. GuildQuality conducts independent customer satisfaction surveys for the building and construction industries across the nation. Out of hundreds of companies nationwide who use GuildQuality services, only the best are honored with the GuildMaster Award, and even fewer are honored with the Distinguished Guildmaster Award.

Says Paul LaRoe, president of LaRoe Remodeling, Inc., “We joined GuildQuality so we could get independent third-party feedback to ensure we are doing everything we can to make you feel satisfied with the process and our employees, and absolutely love your newly remodeled home. Over 96% of responding clients stated they would recommend us to a friend, so we know we are already doing a lot of things right, especially since the national average is only 64%.”

LaRoe Remodeling Wins Prestigious GuildMaster Award

LaRoe Remodeling was recently awarded the prestigious GuildMaster Award for 2008 by GuildQuality Inc. GuildQuality provides customer satisfaction surveying services for the building and construction industries across the nation. The GuildMaster Awards are given out for exemplary quality and customer service. Out of the hundreds of companies nationwide who use GuildQuality services, only a handful are given the distinction of a GuildMaster award.

We decided to join GuildQuality in order to ensure that we were getting verified third-party feedback through a nationally recognized company. We have been very pleased with the quality of feedback we have gotten. At the time of this writing, over 90% of LaRoe’s responding clients would recommend LaRoe to a friend. For a little context, the GuildQuality did a nationwide survey of homeowners who had recently remodeled and found that only 64% of them would recommend the remodeler they had used to a friend.

Thank You for Visiting our Home Tour Project!

LaRoe Remodeling would like to thank everyone for coming out to see our project at the 18th Annual Remodelers Home Tour. The event was a great success and we received a lot of positive feedback from visitors to our project. We hope you all enjoyed it as much as we did and got some good ideas for your home. Hundreds Visit LaRoe Remodeling Project at Fourth Annual NARI Home Remodeling Tour!

On the weekend of May 18th, LaRoe Remodeling participated in the Fourth Annual NARI Home Remodeling Tour with more than a dozen other remodeling firms. It was an exciting opportunity to show a lot of homeowners just what we can do. If you’ve never been to a home remodeling tour, it’s basically just what it sounds like: homeowners who we’ve done work with agree to let other homeowners take a tour of their new spaces in order to get ideas for their own homes as well as check out the quality of design and construction that different remodeling firms can provide. We received a lot of great feedback from the tour, and, as always, look forward to participating in more of them in the future! Paul Receives MVP Award in Remodelers Advantage Roundtable Group!

Paul was recently awarded the Spring 2007 MVP award for the Foxtrot Roundtable group through Remodelers Advantage for being active and helpful in his group. Roundtable groups are a great way for remodeling businesses to help each other out in a friendly, non-competitive way. By allowing remodelers all around the country to share tips, Roundtables groups are helping to increase the standards and quality of service in the remodeling industry. Paul is proud to play a part in this process, and this award shows that he’s been doing a good job.
