Certified Field Staff
LaRoe Remodeling uses what the industry calls the “Lead Carpenter” system of project management. Each of our Lead Carpenters is not only a master at their craft, but is trained and experienced in project management. They provide the daily on-site supervision of projects in addition to their construction duties. Our lead carpenters have, on average, over 20 years experience and have earned the special designation of “Certified Lead Carpenter” from the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI).
Design Associates
Our clients enjoy the benefit of having their projects designed by a number of very talented and well-respected architects and designers. Among those we work with regularly are:
Edwin R. Wier, Architect is a full service architectural firm specializing in residential design. Ed began working with us in 1992. His specialty is designing additions and renovations for LaRoe clients that blend seamlessly with the existing structure, appearing as if they had always been a part of the home. Ed is a Registered Architect and a graduate of the University of Michigan College of Architecture and Urban Planning.
Architectural Resource, LLC is an award-winning architectural firm that we use for many of our residential remodeling projects. They have over 15 years of experience designing projects large and small. Their design process is highly interactive and uses cutting-edge presentation techniques. This allows LaRoe Remodeling clients to see what their newly remodeled home will look like before it is built.
Becky Gregory, part of an award-winning kitchen and bath design team with one of our suppliers, provides most of the design work for our kitchen and bath clients. Her ability to listen to homeowners and create a design that is beautiful, functional, and reflects our clients’ personal tastes and lifestyles make her an asset to the LaRoe design team. LaRoe has been working with Becky and other members of her design team since 1997.
